2020 has certainly been an "interesting" year! Due to changes imposed by Covid we will holding our event for breakfast at the Pullman International Hotel

Stress Less Day celebrates positive mental health in the workplace by giving business owners and staff an opportunity to network and take a break from their busy days. Listen to an amazing speaker, enjoy a great breakfast and be part of the positive mental health movement.
